Who are we?

Cheque Exchange Limited trading as N&N Simple Financial Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Provident Financial plc.

The Company was incorporated in 1993 to cater for those people without bank accounts who, as a result of the 1992 Cheques Act, were no longer able to cash their cheques through friends and acquaintances. With a mission to provide a range of simple financial products, Cheque Exchange now offers a number of services to those people who prefer not to use traditional banking services, or indeed those who are disenfranchised from doing so.

Our core business has been to offer a cheque cashing service whereby customers do not have to wait the normal clearance time before they can draw cash on the cheque. Our service enables them, for a fee, to get almost immediate payment on their cheque. Cheque Exchange takes great pride in being a founder member of the British Cheque Cashers Association and supporting its role in developing and promoting professional industry standards.

Our Loan 'til Payday product allows customers to cash cheques drawn on their own bank account up to the value of their cheque guarantee card, but delay the banking of these cheques by 28 days. This service is ideal for those customers who that little extra help before payday.

Through our partnership with MoneyGram©, one of the world's leading international money transfer services, we are able to offer a money transfer service that enables people to transfer money safely to more than 170 countries worldwide within 10 minutes. Our UK wide network of Agents provide a fast, friendly and convenient service.

With our JustCash prepaid card, customers can load cash onto a fully functional Maestro card giving access to internet and telephone as well as high street purchasing. Funds held securely on the card can be withdrawn at ATMs worldwide.The card is Chip and PIN secured and can be used from the moment the card is issued.
